My journey as a self-development practitioner began 29 years ago with the founding of Exceptional Sales Performance, a global sales training, coaching, and assessment company.

In 2022, everything deepened. Nancy Kline’s The Promise That Changes Everything, Time to Think, and More Time to Think offered the most profound learning of my career and led me to qualify as a Thinking Partner and Coach.

As a Certified Time to Think® Coach, I create a rare and sacred space—one in which people are invited to think for themselves, as themselves, without interruption or judgment. Each session is entered with stillness, discipline, and deep respect for the intelligence that naturally emerges when a person is truly free to think.

Over the years, I have worked with financial advisors, coaches, physicians, and seasoned sales professionals across many industries—competent people who struggle not because of a lack of talent or effort, but because of unexamined assumptions quietly shaping their decisions and limiting their income.
